Ryan Innis
Emergency Medical Technician
Co-Owner/ Instructor
Ryan was born and raised right in southern NH. Ryan attended all Dover schools and grew up involved in sports. Throughout high school Ryan found his passion for healthcare through athletic training and lifeguarding. Ryan went on to become an EMT at Mcgregor Institute of EMS right after high school and has always been serving the seacoast and tri-city area.
Ryan became a Field Training Officer very early in his career which is where he found a passion for training and education. As his career went on Ryan found a major passion for tactical EMS and caring for patients with special needs. Ryan currently serves as an EMS supervisor in the seacoast area. Ryan lives in the lakes region with his wife and dog. Is his spare time Ryan enjoys ATVing, fishing and time with family and friends. Ryan is most excited about sharing his love for healthcare, education and EMS with his community.
Mike Cefalo
Paramedic
Co-Owner/Instructor
Growing up in a small town in New Hampshire Mike participated in a variety of activities including sports and theater before graduating from John Stark High School in 2013.
Throughout his upbringing, he enjoyed the sense of community a small town can have and sought to better his community through learning emergency medicine.
After graduating high school Mike started his EMS journey at a local fire department. From there he continued his education and became a full time Paramedic. Mike has served the seacoast of NH for several years and continues to work in a variety of capacities including 911 response, inter-facility medical transports, and COVID19 testing.
Mike currently lives in the lakes region of NH with his wife and dog. In his spare time he enjoys going to the movies, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. Mike is excited to share his experience with his community and teach the skills he has learned throughout his career.
